Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking bartenders to deliver hospitality-driven service in a fast-paced bar environment. This non-exempt, part-time role requires nights and weekends, with competitive hourly wages plus tips to enhance earnings for guests of the venue.

Responsibilities include mastering spirits/beer/wine, maintaining a guest-ready bar, inventory management, and creating new cocktail ideas while ensuring valid IDs and proper licensing where needed.

Qualifications

• Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team.
• Stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol and obtain licensing/certifications.
• Proficient verbal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Bartenders. Bartenders at Five Iron Golf are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Bartenders greet customers with a smile, learn about their preferences, are helpful in answering any questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Bartenders report directly to the General Manager.
