Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a BILINGUAL STAFF PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR for Ellabell, GA. This seasonal assignment runs Monday–Friday 3 pm–12 am with occasional Saturdays and involves coordinating employee issues, onboarding, payroll, and safety programs.

You will interact with vendors and client contacts, educate on guidelines, and use CRM/Power BI tools to analyze workforce trends while maintaining strong attendance and performance oversight.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Able to understand client goals and how they measure success.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners; understands risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, attendance software).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations; documents and investigates safety incidents; executes safety observation program.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies; conducts ABC performance reviews; manages assignments.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
• Walks candidates through facility tours.
• Participates in daily order fill planning meetings.
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.

BILINGUAL STAFF PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR - Ellabell, GA

Monday -Friday 3p m-12 am (Saturdays as needed).

Your Opportunity as a Staff Performance Coordinator:

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion
• Coordinates resolution of the all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations
• Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software)
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program
• Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignments
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
• Walks candidates through tour of client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily)
• Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks

Your attributes

• Data management experience
• HR experience is preferred
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
• Able to multi-task, change priorities as appropriate and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Able to understand client goals and how they measure success
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products
• Fluent Spanish/English
