Job summary

Total Wine & More in Dallas is seeking energetic Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with inventory, merchandising, and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, share product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer, support promotions and loyalty programs, and help maintain a safe, compliant store environment.

This is a flexible role with both part-time and full-time opportunities, requiring weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory: freight processing, stocking, displays, end caps, signage.
• Provide excellent customer service and product advice to customers.
• Learn wine, spirits and beer products to build knowledge.
• Support store operations and safety, including compliance with alcohol laws.
