Job summary

Total Wine & More in Dallas, TX is seeking a seasonal Front End Team Member to process transactions, greet customers, and provide a personalized shopping experience. The role may also involve as a sales associate or merchandiser duties as needed, under the store management team.

The position requires a high school diploma (preferred), 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries, promote loyalty program, and bag products.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of adverts, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to laws about alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
