Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser in Dallas to support store operations, inventory, and curbside/delivery services as needed. You will maximize inventory, build displays, and assist customers while gaining product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of experience in retail; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential. Seasonal status may lead to short-term engagement with potential for future roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience to customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
