Job summary

Total Wine & More in Dallas is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising, front-end duties, and online orders. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and support curbside pickup and delivery when required.

The role includes training in wine, spirits, and beer, knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs, and adherence to safety and legal guidelines. Regular duties include stocking, safety, and responsive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise and build displays.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, including curbside/delivery if needed.
