Job summary

Total Wine & More in Dallas is seeking a Seasonal Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and store operations. You will greet customers, advise on products, and support curbside pickup and delivery if applicable.

You will build displays, manage inventory, and stay informed about promotions, loyalty programs, and safety requirements. Flexible work hours including evenings and weekends are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory by processing freight and building displays and end caps.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving if assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store; comply with laws on alcohol sale.
