Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in fast-paced, high-end hospitality
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings
• 2–5 years as a fine dining host/concierge or luxury hotel concierge
• CRM or reservation system experience
• Knowledge of wine and Napa attractions is a plus
• Foreign language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a superior first impression
• Manage reservations and enter guest information accurately
• Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations
• Coordinate seating and special requests with hosts and staff
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when needed
• Utilize reservation software to update table status and manage wait lists
• Provide information about Mumm Napa, wines, clubs, menus and events
• Assist in the wine shop and process routine POS transactions
• Advise on local attractions and wineries to guests
