Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse position at our Dayton, NJ site. Earn $20.00 per hour with overtime eligibility and clear seasonal duration from 11/13/2026 to 12/31/2026.

Shift options include Friday through Sunday, 04:00am–12:30pm or End of Sort, with hours varying by business needs. Seasonal bonus of $1,000 is available at season end, plus weekly pay and other perks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform repeated lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control may be limited
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

Pay: $20.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Friday-Sunday, 04:00am-12:30pm or End of Sort.

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration: 11/13/2026 to 12/31/2026

Seasonal Bonus: $1,000 End of Season Bonus

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
