CandleScience Distribution Center in Reno, NV is hiring for a Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Associate. This seasonal role runs through the end of 2026 with potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Shifts include 8- or 10-hour options; day, early, and weekend shifts may be available. You’ll perform picking, packing, shipping, inventory tasks, and collaborate with a motivated warehouse team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand and perform pick/pack/ship operations.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to walk and remain active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse systems and equipment.
• Pack orders safely and efficiently according to established standards.
• Prepare orders for UPS, USPS, freight, and other carriers.
• Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely after completing required training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Communicate with leads, supervisors, and teammates regarding priorities and issues.
