Job summary

CandleScience Distribution Center in Durham, NC is seeking motivated Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Associates for a full-time seasonal role. You will support daily distribution center operations across multiple areas, including picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Shifts are 8 or 10 hours, with early/late options and weekend availability. This hands-on, fast-paced environment trains you to grow with CandleScience and potentially move into

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or similar experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and perform pick/pack/ship operations.
• Walk and stay active for extended periods; lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders using warehouse systems and equipment.
• Pack orders safely and efficiently according to standards.
• Prepare orders for carriers and ship via UPS/USPS/freight.
• Replenish inventory and maintain organized locations.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely after training.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and follow SOPs.
