CandleScience Distribution Center in Reno, NV is seeking Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Associates for seasonal roles through the end of 2026. Pay is $17.25 per hour with 8- or 10-hour shifts, day, early, and weekend options.

The positions offer potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs. Join a fast-paced team responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, freight coordination, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and perform pick/pack/ship operations.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and stay active for extended periods.
• Walk/stand for long portions of the shift with reliability.
• Comfort with basic warehouse technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse systems and equipment.
• Pack orders safely and efficiently according to standards.
• Prepare orders for UPS, USPS, freight, and other carriers.
• Replenish inventory and maintain organized locations in the warehouse.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accuracy, plus cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely after training and follow safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate priorities and issues with leads and teammates.
• Support other departments as needed and contribute to process improvements.
