Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in El Segundo, CA to help receive, stock, and replenish merchandise for the Mattel Toy Store. You will ensure accurate receiving, organize inventory, and support guest-facing operations during store hours with a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, product transfers, pallet jack operation, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment while delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week, including Saturday.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport merchandise throughout the workday.
• Experience with receiving, stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and follow all safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipment accuracy by counting and inspecting merchandise against receiving documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with merchandising standards.
• Replenish merchandise to maintain a fully stocked sales floor throughout the day.
• Organize and store inventory for efficient retrieval.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Assist with product transfers, inventory movement, and staging merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and follow safety procedures.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner during store hours.
