Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Mattel Toy Store by receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. You will contribute to a safe, organized, and guest‑focused warehouse and retail environment.

The role requires physical work, the ability to lift and move merchandise, and availability for at least 3 days per week including Saturdays. You will help ensure product availability and provide friendly assistance to guests during store hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week, including Saturday.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport merchandise throughout the workday.
• Experience with receiving, stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipment accuracy by counting and inspecting merchandise against receiving documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with Mattel Toy Store merchandising standards.
• Replenish merchandise to maintain a fully stocked sales floor throughout the day.
• Organize, locate, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify merchandise requiring overlabeling and complete the process according to company standards.
• Assist with product transfers, inventory movement, and staging merchandise for store operations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures.
