Job summary

Mattel Store Operations in El Segundo, CA, seeks dependable warehouse associates to ensure merchandise is received, organized, and replenished for an exceptional guest experience. Primary duties center on warehouse operations, with strong emphasis on hospitality during store hours.

The role requires lifting, inventory accuracy, and safe pallet jack operation. You will collaborate with store teams to keep products available and guests satisfied throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week, including Saturday.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport merchandise.
• Experience with receiving, stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and follow all safety procedures.
• Highly self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipment accuracy by counting and inspecting merchandise against receiving documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with Mattel Toy Store merchandising standards.
• Replenish merchandise to maintain a fully stocked sales floor throughout the day.
• Organize, locate, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify merchandise requiring overlabeling and complete the process according to company standards.
• Assist with product transfers, inventory movement, and staging merchandise for store operations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures.
• Partner with store associates to ensure products are available when guests need them.
• Respond quickly to replenishment requests and support sales floor operations.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner during store operating hours.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
