Mattel, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support the Mattel Toy Store in California. You will receive, unload, stock, and replenish merchandise while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes guest hospitality as you greet and assist guests during store hours and collaborate with store teammates to ensure products are available when customers need them. Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, stocking, warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise and operate a pallet jack safely.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Excellent organization and time management; dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and accurately.
• Verify shipment counts against documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per merchandising standards.
• Replenish inventory to keep the sales floor stocked throughout the day.
• Organize, store, and locate inventory; assist with cycle counts.
