Job summary

Mattel is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support the Mattel Toy Store in Fort Worth. You will receive, unload, and stock merchandise, prepping items for the sales floor while ensuring a welcoming guest experience during store hours.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and safety; you will lift merchandise, operate pallet jacks, and restock shelves, with a minimum commitment of three days per week including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipment accuracy by counting and inspecting merchandise against receiving documentation.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with Mattel Toy Store merchandising standards.
• Replenish merchandise to maintain a fully stocked sales floor throughout the day.
• Organize, locate, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify merchandise requiring overlabeling and complete the process according to company standards.
• Assist with product transfers, inventory movement, and staging merchandise for store operations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures.
