Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver carrier and driver solutions in a contact center environment, researching and setting expectations.
• Adhere to schedules: start/stop, breaks, and lunches in a fast-paced setting.
• Support workload surges and overtime during high-volume peaks as needed.
• Use internal systems to gather data for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting (AAP, Reach, Decisiv, FMC & YMS).
• Collaborate with TOM, AFP, Fleet; drive data-driven decisions and communicate insights across teams.
• Support field teams with driver assignment, load acceptance and equipment availability.
