Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Transportation Specialist to support resolution of daily freight movements within our North American network. This on-site role focuses on carrier and driver experience, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to keep shipments on time.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with overtime during peak periods, using internal systems such as AAP, Reach, Decisiv, FMC and YMS to gather data and drive

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer and Microsoft Office experience.
• 1+ years in customer service or back-office corporate roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver carrier/driver experience solutions in a contact center setting with data-backed insights.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to schedules and shifts.
• Support workload surges and overtime during peak periods.
• Use internal systems to gather data for daily/weekly/monthly reporting (AAP, Reach, Decisiv, FMC & YMS).
• Collaborate with TOM, AFP, and Fleet; communicate insights clearly.
• Support field teams in driver assignment, load acceptance, and equipment availability.
