Job summary

The Baltimore Orioles seek a part-time Seasonal Supervisor, Ticket and Sales Operations in Sarasota, FL. You will support Spring Training ticketing, customer service and event operations in a fast-paced, fan-focused environment.

Responsibilities include ticket system setup, box office operations, mobile tickets via MLB Ballpark App, and revenue generation through groups and add-ons. Strong communication and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ticket operations setup using Tickets.com/ProVenue.
• Coordinate processing of ticket packages, groups and individual orders.
• Manage mobile ticket distribution via MLB Ballpark App.
• Support box office setup and money reconciliation.
• Provide world‑class fan service across phone, email and box office.
• Assist in sales goals, upsell add-ons and promo codes.
• Schedule seasonal staff using ABI or ADP.
• Coordinate with TDC and attend MLB product forums.
• Assist in preparing post‑event reports and sponsorship deliverables.
