Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company invites you to Mammoth Mountain for a seasonal role that helps run the Main Lodge Ticket Office. You will oversee Guest Experience, manage daily pass fulfillment, group reservations, sport school, and resolve guest issues in collaboration with other units.

Strong supervision and excellent communication are required, with extensive computer knowledge across multiple sales platforms (Sirius is a plus). Weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Guest Experience Supervision required.
• Extensive computer knowledge with multiple sales platforms.
• Knowledge of Mammoth products, services, and pricing preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• High School Degree or comparable degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operation of the Main Lodge Ticket Office.
• Oversee daily guest experience and season pass fulfillment.
• Handle group reservations, sport school, and guest service issues.
• Staff management, scheduling, and cashier support.
• Balance daily reconciliation.
