Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operation of the Main Lodge Ticket Office, including guest experience, daily and seasonal pass fulfillment, group reservations, sport school and guest service issues.
• Handle guest recovery across business units, resolve complaints, and balance daily reconciliations.
• Assist in supervising staff, share duties, and support cashiers in guest issue resolution.
