Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and via video, phone, or chat.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and upsell services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services.
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.
• Mentor and support teammates.
