Qualifications

• Face-to-face or virtual tax interviews with clients
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Must meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth and increase client retention
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable
• Mentor and support teammates

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
