Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and to participate in advanced tax training. You will conduct interviews, prepare returns, and pursue growth opportunities under a supportive team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, plus CPA or Enrolled Agent certification and experience with virtual tax interviews and complex returns. Strong client service and mentoring skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation

Responsibilities
