H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll receive advanced training and work with a dedicated expert team to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, supporting tax planning and audits, and mentoring teammates. This role requires a strong accounting background and excellent communication, in-person and via virtual tools.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
