Qualifications

• Must conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face or virtually
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products/services
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable
• Experience with virtual tax interviews and tax planning is preferred
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax is required
• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment is preferred
