Job summary

H&R Block seeks a seasonal experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced tax training. You’ll conduct interviews, prepare returns, and help grow the client base while offering IRS support and audit notice services.

Ideally you hold a CPA/EA, have 5+ years in tax or accounting, and can work with both in-person and virtual interview tools. Strong communication and mentorship are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates in a fast-paced environment.
