You will build relationships and deliver trusted tax assistance that supports confident decisions. You will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete and accurate returns for individuals and entities, provide IRS support, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment using virtual tools.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support, including audit and notice services where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
