Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join as a seasonal team member, delivering tax services to clients with diverse needs. You will leverage advanced training and collaborate with a dedicated group of tax professionals to ensure accurate returns and exceptional client service.

You'll conduct tax interviews (in person or virtually), prepare returns, and help grow the practice through quality service and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation for Circular 230 associates)

• Serve clients with diverse tax needs with expert team support
• Attend advanced tax training provided by the franchisee and HR Block
• Build client relationships that strengthen year over year
