H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Tax Professional to join our office as a seasonal team member. You will serve clients with diverse tax needs and receive advanced tax training to support your success.

The role emphasizes conducting client interviews (in-person and virtually), preparing complete tax returns, and identifying opportunities to grow the business while delivering IRS support and trusted guidance throughout the season.

Qualifications

Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation).
Mentor and support teammates.
