Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, CPA/EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting, finance, or tax. Franchise office hires directly; training is provided.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Mentor and support teammates

• Provide IRS support and audit representation where certified
