Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, CPA/EA, and 5+ years in tax or accounting, with strong communication and virtual tools experience. Franchise offices manage hiring directly.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by increasing client retention and cross-selling services.
