H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced tax training. You’ll interview clients in person or virtually, prepare returns, and contribute to growing the practice through additional services.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and CPA or EA certification, with 5+ years in accounting/tax. This role emphasizes client relationships and IRS support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support with audit representation where applicable
• Must complete continuing education and meet all IRS and state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
