As a franchise office, hiring decisions are made locally, and IRS/state requirements must be met. This role emphasizes client interviews, accurate tax returns, and opportunities to grow business with clients.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
