Qualifications

• Must have experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience conducting tax interviews (in person or virtually)
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth and increase client retention; offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support and tax notice services
