H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced tax training. You will help clients make confident decisions while building strong relationships with the support of the franchise network.

In this role you will conduct tax interviews both in person and virtually, prepare complete tax returns, and drive growth by expanding offered services. A background in accounting and tax law is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax experience.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
