H&R Block seeks a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll work with a dedicated team, receiving advanced tax training to ensure success.

Responsibilities include conducting tax interviews (in person or virtually), preparing complete and accurate tax returns, and providing IRS support. Franchisees handle hiring decisions and may require completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 and audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
