Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and client retention through additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete all related tax forms per policies and regulations.
• Process client payments and deposits in a timely manner.
• Support marketing and business generation efforts.
• Advise clients to ensure correct tax form completion.
• Answer client calls via our national call center routing system.
• Provide future tax planning guidance to clients.
• Resolve client complaints or escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with office team to support priorities.
