H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to service clients with diverse tax needs and with the support of an expert team. You’ll receive advanced tax training to be successful and build client relationships that grow stronger each year.

This role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, IRS support, and opportunities to grow with the office. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, CPA/EA certification, 5+ years in accounting/tax,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation per Circular 230).
• Mentor and support teammates.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
