Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex tax returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face or via virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and promote additional services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
