You’ll build relationships with clients, conduct interviews virtually or in person, and prepare accurate returns while supporting growth for the franchise office.

The role emphasizes delivering IRS support, collaborating with a team of experts, and maintaining professional credentials to meet IRS/state requirements. Prior tax experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews and tax planning.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face or through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support, including audit notice services when applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
