H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate in Kentucky. You will meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation, preparing complete tax returns with guidance from experienced teammates.

You’ll explain tax information clearly, identify tax savings opportunities, and provide recommendations with a client-first approach. This in-person role offers training, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities to grow tax knowledge during peak periods.

Formación

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
