H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office in Henderson, KY. You will meet with clients, collect information, and prepare tax returns with support from experienced teammates.

No prior tax experience is required; training begins on day one, with opportunities to increase earnings as tax knowledge grows. Must be available for peak periods, including evenings/weekends.

Formación

• Minimum customer service experience in a service environment.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain information simply.
• Strong problem-solving and information-organizing abilities.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training provided.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products.
• Assist with questions or unique situations with guidance.
• Support office goals through teamwork and client-first approach.
