No prior tax experience is required. With training from day one, you’ll build client relationships, learn to use digital tools, and earn an hourly rate that increases with tax knowledge and performance during peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience in customer-facing roles in service environments
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information
• Comfort using digital tools including Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
