No prior tax experience is required; ongoing support helps you build tax knowledge and earnings potential through an hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Clear communication and the ability to ask questions to understand needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and information organization.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistance.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend products and services.
• Apply problem-solving to analyze client information with guidance and resources.
