Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience in customer service or a service environment.
• Strong communication and asking questions to understand needs.
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Good problem-solving and information organizing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information for tax returns.
• Prepare tax returns with training and support.
