Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with support from experienced teammates.

Training is provided to learn tax concepts and software, and you will help identify tax savings opportunities while building client relationships. No prior tax experience is required, and you will earn a competitive hourly rate with potential to increase earnings as you grow tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment is required.
• Strong communication skills including explaining information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
