You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and can increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. Training and support start day one. Availability is 15–35 hours per week, with up to 40 hours during peak periods, including evenings and weekends during tax season.

Qualifikationen

• Completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent
