No prior tax experience is required, and you’ll earn an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you learn. Flexible hours typically range from 15–35 per week, with up to 40 hours during peak season.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
